How to join?
No, we are not an organization nor affiliated with any institutions. We are a gift shop, we just sound like the group in your mind.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments via GCash or bank transfer.
Can I do cash-on-delivery (COD) as payment option?
No, our shop follows a payment-first policy. Atleast 50% down payment shall be settled for the production to proceed.
What if I
received a damaged item?
We stand by our items with candor and pride. Damaged/ Mishandled Items are eligible for refund only if a video proof before opening the parcel is provided
How long is the processing or
lead time?
Our lead time for lamps is 5-10 working days. Shipping takes 3-7 days depending on your location.
Do you accept
rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are subjected to 30% additional charges. Expect delivery within 72 hours upon sending proof of payment.
